Use this Free Online Calorie Counter. Doing research about your food choices is a good idea. It's much easier to give up some foods (and replace them with another favorite) when you have more nutritional information.
I downloaded this "widget", and you are welcome to do the same.
Because it is free, it shows ads which are not connected with our

Just like the popular "Eat This, Not That" books, you can research calories and make a decision between different foods. Beef or chicken? French fries or mashed potatoes?
You can also get a reality check for some of your foods. After researching frozen custard, I ruled it out in favor of good ole' ice cream. All these little decisions add up!
If you have a smart phone, there are many free apps for counting calories. Sometimes do you wonder why you're not losing weight? Keep track of your food for a few days and see if you're eating more than you realize. Or when you need to eat out, quickly check the calories of menu items. I have 2 apps on my phone - Fast Food and Go Meals.
By looking up nutrition facts from our favorite restaurants, I decided a good snack is the yogurt and granola from Steak n Shake. If I need a quick meal, a junior whopper hamburger from Burger King is my first choice.
Keep researching the foods you eat to make better choices.
Better yet, manage your food without counting calories. Check out our Crunch Formula Weight Loss Plan. It works well for our family.
