There's Holiday Food All Around Me - Help!!

The next six weeks are full of celebrations, and that means FOOD! Lots of delicious, fattening, rich food, too!

How can we keep self-control when we're surrounded by all these calories?

The answer - have an Eating Structure in place. What does that mean?

It's like having 6-7 gift boxes each day for our eating - some boxes are bigger than others.

Three boxes are meals, and they have containers inside (a correct portion of protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable/bean). You also have 3-4 snack boxes that are just the right size for 100-200 calories. At least one of those boxes is specifically for dessert!

When you use these "boxes", you'll be eating just the right amounts and diversity of healthy foods WITH ROOM FOR HOLIDAY TREATS! Because you feel good (full and satisfied) with this eating structure, you can resist eating too many holiday treats. Wow.

It works. Try it! What can you lose - except pounds!

Here's a great gift idea for yourself or for the people on your gift lists.

It's a Garmin Running Watch. It could be any brand; Garmin happens to be the most popular (we don't make any money from this recommendation).

See why Dr. Dave says a running watch is useful for your exercise.

You CAN have fun exercising. We do, and we want to help you get to that point, too!
